Is Prescription compulsory to buy medicines?

Yes, Prescription Is compulsory, our motto is Healthcare that cares and we do care for well-being of all our customers. Prescription is very important if you want to order medicines from doorstep pharmacy.

What are the working hours of doorstep pharmacy?

Are Medicines sold by doorstep Pharmacy Genuine?

Yes, all our medicines are purchased from authorized distributors and retailers and we only sell authentic brands/companies medicines. The medicines are regularly checked and batch number and expiry date are thoroughly scanned to ensure the best quality. The company system doesn’t allow any expired medicine to be delivered to consumer as our stock is always updated with latest batch of medicines.

How to place order on doorstep pharmacy?

Our application user interface and design are very simple, so it’s very easy and convenient to order.

1) Download doorstep pharmacy from Google play store for android or App store for IOS devices.

2) Open the app and enter your name and number.

3) You will receive an OTP (one-time password) just enter it and log in.

4) Upload the prescription for the products you want.

5) Provide your contact and Billing/Delivery address details.

6) Place the order.

After we receive your order, customer care executive will contact you via call within 24 working hours for your order confirmation. Once your order is confirmed the pharmacist team will process your order and your package will be dispatched.

Can I order medicines if I don’t have a prescription?

Only OTC products can be ordered without prescription, however we will process orders in which prescription is not necessary.

How many Prescriptions can I upload in one order?

Doorstep pharmacy allows you to upload up to 5 prescriptions per order, in case of multiple patients, please place separate orders along with patient and doctor name.

How to track my order?

Doorstep pharmacy will send you notifications in the app and also via SMS on your registered phone number by which you can track your order. You can track your order in my order option in our app.

Some medicines are missing in my package?

Incase if any product is missing in your package please call on our customer care number 8291666777 and provide us the order details and missing item. You can check our return and refund policy for more information.

My order Rejected. What can be the reason?

Your order can be rejected if the uploaded prescription is

1) Very blurred and unclear prescription image.

2) Prescription photo is not visible.

3) Doctor name is not visible.

4) The Doctor registration number is not visible.

5) Date of prescription is not visible or is very old.

6) Patient details are not visible or not accurate.

7) Dosage information not mentioned.

8) Duration of the course not mentioned or is over.

9) Signature and stamp of doctor is not there.

10) Prescription uploaded is of unrecognized doctor like (BHMS- Homeopathy/BAMS-Ayurveda).

11) Prescription older than 1 year.

In how much time will I receive my Order?

The orders will be delivered as per the time mentioned during confirmation of your order; usually the delivery time is 1-2 working days. (Excluding Sunday)

What are the payment options?

There are many modes of payment options we give to our customers.

1) Cash on delivery.

3) E-wallets payment.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order, to cancel order go to doorstep pharmacy application, tap on my orders select the order you want to cancel, open the order and select cancel order, your order will be cancelled.
